SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm EDT.  Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

All packages ship from Canada via Canada Post.  Import tariffs that apply to your country will have to be paid by the receiving party.

Free standard shipping on orders $175 CAD and over (before taxes). 

Standard shipping fee of $15 CAD for orders under $175 CAD.

Shipping Speed: Canada: 3 to 7 business days. USA: 4 to 8 business days.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. customercare@trullipearls.com

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer the property of Trulli Pearls. We cannot be held accountable for lost packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to the correct address.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including the Trulli Pearls pouch. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and refunds are handled on an individual basis.  A 20% restocking charge may apply.

To start a return, contact us at 
returns@trullipearls.com and provide your invoice number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package will be emailed to you. Items returned without an approved shipping label will not be accepted.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If the return is not approved we will ship the item(s) back to you at your expense.

Please remember it can take 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees and any duties are not refundable.
